Wow. I'm not getting evicted but my fiancé has one from four years ago. I came in here to see where it would be listed on his report, and I've been appalled at the tone of most of the responses in this thread. Okay, people haven't paid their rent, but there are extenuating circumstances sometimes. No reason to be complete asshats to them without knowing their stories.

Some people need to grow up. You're landlords and you talk to people this way? No wonder you have trouble collecting rent.
