A lease agreement is a AGREEMENT between two parties.

What did you sign?

Used to be a handshake and a man's word. That no longer works. So lease agreements written, makes for a fair shake for all parties.

There are no he/she saids...it's in writing.

So look at your lease (which you signed)

Your can't suddenly, say..umm...."I don't agree to that anymore"

The lease is a agreement between to parties, you agree to pay rent on time. ( other agreements as well)

And your landlord agrees..sounds like a sound plan.
