Why did you get the eviction?

Again, there is a lease agreement, between two parties, if either party breaks that agreement (which you signed) then it is broken.

If you failed to pay rent, you broke the lease.

Really, landlords are not unlike you. Trying to run a business, as fair as possible.

When you don't pay rent, no matter HOW long you have been there, you have BREACHED the agreement.

It's not a warm and fuzzy world.We aren't your momma.
