Better than that how about those tenants who because they are mentally unstable and would rather fight than just do what is right and go out of their way to make your life hard. This crazy woman who wanted me to replace her entire AC system because she claimed it was contaminated with mold and dysfunctional and witheld rent, and again this month no rent and she claims I can't contact her adult son at work to find out about the rent because I am harassing her, shes nuts I just want my rent and to not interact unless necessary and so we will go to court and I will hold her for everything possible apparnetly a bully who is used to pushing people around any way thankfully i am the bully's bully
