When I first got my apartment in Chicago I was short $50 I signed the lease along with co-signer I never recived the lease because of the $50 now I am being evicted for not paying my rent. I went to court and the judge said motion granted that I have until the 15of May to move out, the realty company called me and asked when was I going to pay the back rent I gave them a $1500 money order now they said I still owe them rent up unitl October because that is when my lease would have expired. I am only 22yrs old with 3 kids and I feel they are taking advantage of me plaese help me is this right.
