If it is illegal to split your commission with a client, what does Rent.com do? If you make let's say $300 for every lease signed, and Rent.com gives the tenant $100, does that NOT count as a split commission??? Even though it's called a REBATE, "a rose would still smell as sweet with another name."

What about Relocation Central?

This just gives value from the locators to renters.
