Boulder Community Mediation Service
This service provides information to Boulder residents on landlord/tenant rights and responsibilities. You can request to have a mediator assigned to help you resolve landlord/tenant, roommate/roommate, and neighbor/neighbor problems. The Mediation Service is part of Boulder's Department of Housing and Human Services.

Jeffco Action Center Landlord/Tenant Counseling
Helps landlords and tenants in the Denver metro area. Explains tenant and landlord legal rights, makes suggestions about disputes, and provides counseling in dealing with government assistance programs. Jeffco can also help with emergency rent assistance.
