I am in need of a loan, but everything that comes up is for payday loans, i have been down that road before and i ended up more broke then i was when i got it, it got me out of the jam for that week but put me in a new one the next week because the rates are so high you cant afford to pay them. and my credit is not great because my xhusband ruined it. i just need to know if there is anyone with any advice on how to get a loan for 1000 to 1500 thats not a payday loan. any advice would be great, i have 4 kids and am way behind on my current bills if i could get caught up i would be fine, thank you

I have lost my job for about two months now. My employer if fighting my unemployment. I am stuck now. I am behind in my electric bill it could get cut off any day now and I am behind in rent for this month. I need about 500 to 600 dollars to catch up. I am hoping to have a job by the end of the month. But I just really need help right now.

My wife and I are getting an agreed divorce ,not contested, she gets the condo and I get peace. I need $1500 for the security and first months rental of an apartment. I am receiving social security plus 2 part time jobs here in Puerto Rico. I would like to have the loan payable in 6 months payments. Please help!

I’m two months behind in my rent and owe 1600 dollars. I’m unable to get much work and even all of my boyfriend’s money isn’t helping much. The landlord just left and she’s not happy and is going to the courthouse on monday if she doesn’t get money. I’ve got basically no credit and no one wants to help me. I know a family from Bosnia who is struggling with their rent and if they don’t have 1500 to catch up on the two months rent they owe by the 17th, they will lose their apartment and all of the stuff they worked hard to earn. The father does not support this family what-so-ever and without this money, a mother and her son and daughter will be forced to live on the street. They have no where to go and winter is right around the corner and is going to be brutal. The members of this family have got to be the most caring and selfless service individuals I have ever met. When I was struggling with my life, this family treated me as their own from day one. These are not the type of people who deserve to live a life without a roof on their head. The mother of the family is sick and diabetic. It is almost virtually impossible for her to live on the street without food or her medicine. I’ve tried all I can to help them come up with this rent money but this is the only option I have left. If there is anything you can do to possibly help this family with their rent and get them a loan, you’d be appreciated endlessly. I have no idea if this works or not but there are so many posts asking for help I dont know if thats a good sign or a bad sign. I am also a single mother who just learned TODAY that I was laid off. No notice, No work. I cant afford not to work even ONE day, much less have no job at all. My landlord has no tolerence for late payments and will evict me if I dont pay on time. Its the 23rd and rent is due in 9 days. Im scared, I cant breathe, and I cant be homeless with my son. Any information or ideas for alternative help would be great. Can anyone tell me where to get help. My husband just lost his research grant and has been out of work for the last three months. I was laid off a month and a half ago. He’s ineligible for unemployment and the company fought mine and recently lost. Now we are at the end of our lease and we are two and a half months behind on our rent. We can’t afford to move and the landlady has raised the rent starting in Sept. By the end of the month, we have to pay the back rent and the new rent amt (all totals over $3k) or move out.

Does ANYONE have any ideas?

I am a single parent of a fifteen-year-old son, and I am asking for assistance to pay my rent, which is 2 months overdue. The exact amount that I need is $1970.00. I just recently graduated from college, and just found a job this past week. However, since I won’t be getting my first paycheck until about 4 weeks time, I am still in financial trouble. While in college, I was able to pay my bills with the college work study job I had, but once I graduated this past May, that job was no longer available. I would greatly appreciate any help.
